  • Where is FTP Embroidery located?

    You can find FTP Embroidery at Spithead Business Centre on the Newport Road in Lake. Coming from the Morrison Supermarket, turn left on the round-about and then the first right. Enter through the double glas doors and FTP is right in front of you.

  • Can I see my design before it is embroidered?

    If you have asked FTP Embroidery to set-up your logo for embroidery, we can supply a swatch sample for your approval and carry out any edits if required.

  • Can I supply my own garments for embroidery / printing?

    Yes you can. Depending on the size and nature of the job, we charge £4.50 for each embellishment to own garments. A set-up cost may be required but we will advise before we start.

    Own garments are printed/embroidered at the customers own risk.

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    No, if you only want 1 garment, that is absolutely fine.

  • Can I try garments on before I buy them?

    We do not have fitting rooms but we will help where possible in making sure you end up wth the right size. We stock various sizes in our back room, these can be tried on for size prior to placing your order.

  • What is the lead time for personalised clothing

    We always endeavour to turn around most orders in a matter of days, however customers should allow at least one week for orders to be completed. More complicated designs, large quantity orders or stock availability issues incur longer turn around times.

    We will be able to advise once we know the details of your order.

  • Do you deliver?

    Yes, we can deliver your order anywhere in the UK. We use DPD so please get in touch for a quote.

  • Do you give discounts on large orders?

    Yes, for orders of 50+ items, a discount of 5% is applied. Please get in touch with the quantities you require and we can give you an accurate quote.

  • Do you sell catering workwear?

    Yes, we can supply the full range from chefs' wear to  shirts, trousers and waistcoats for waiting staff, as well tabbards, aprons and much more. Please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to help.

  • Do you sell sports kit for teams and clubs?

    Yes, we can provide all the kit you need for your football, rugby, cycle, golf, running and athletics clubs.

    We can take care of all embroidery and printing requirements and are also happy to deal directly with your sponsor for billing if required.

  • Do you sell uniform for beauty salon staff?

    Yes we do. Visit our cataloque for a wide range of tunics, bib aprons and salon gowns. 

  • Do you sell baseball caps, hats and other headwear?

    Yes we do. We sell a wide range of baseball caps, hats, beanies, pom-pom hats, balaclavas and chefs hats. All can be personalised in a variety of ways.
